Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product is incorrect or missing items

• The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear images of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used medicines

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Refunds

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
